Hilton Head Concours d’Elegance
My summer greetings to everyone and I sincerely hope that you are doing well!
I am looking forward to serving our Club beginning this Fall and moving into the years to come. Thank you for this opportunity and I am very grateful. I have also offered to assist with the Concours events this year as the dates now draw closer.
I wanted to update you that we have almost 10 boats participating at this time. The goal in the past has been to have between 15 and 20 so that we will continue to be invited back.
Many of you are familiar with the schedule in the past – Exhibitors traditionally arrive on Thursday or Friday to be directed onto the field and placed by the Exhibition team. The Concours is held on Saturday and Sunday November 4-5. We need to plan to be on the field until approximately 4pm on Sunday.
The final Registration date is September 13th. To complete this on-line process, please go to the address below. There is a new system this year, and you just need to progress slowly through each step. There is a specific section for boat information to be input after you start the process and then your requested photos to be uploaded near the end.

As a Two-Day Special Exhibitor, you will receive two Exhibitor Badges providing free entry for both Saturday’s Car Club Showcase sponsored by Car Village Bluffton (to also include access to the Aero Expo and the Motoring Festival After Party) and Sunday’s Concours d ‘Elegance.
You will also receive two wristbands that will give you access to the Exhibitor’s Lounge where you will have access to continental breakfast, lunch, water and soft beverages on both Saturday and Sunday.
As has been tradition, we will work on planning dinners to get together as desired. In the past John Heiderich has also organized a caravan for those that are in nearby areas to drive together if they would like. More to follow on these items as we draw closer.
