Lake Greenwood Show/Annual Meeting – October 4-5
Earlier this year we changed our Lake Greenwood Show from April to October to accommodate the extensive county renovation of the docks at Lake Greenwood. The results of the project have been great! We can accommodate up to 32 boats this year. Trailer parking has also been reserved. Last year, Craig Miller and Art Swanson put together a great first time show with 22 boats attending!
Our partners at Break on the Lake adjacent to the docks were very flexible in helping us with the change. They also contacted the catering venue from last year to reserve our dinner event on Saturday following the show.
Art Swanson continues as our lead. The Registration, Show Schedule and accommodations information and will be posted very shortly. This year the completed Registrations will be mailed directly to Art Swanson.
Most of our arrivals will be on Friday October 4th. As done last year, we will have an informal gathering for dinner at Break on the Lake Friday at 6:00pm.
On Saturday, our show will open at 10am and conclude at 3pm.
Given the rescheduled timing of our Greenwood Show from April to October ……and the upcoming Hilton Head Island Concours event just over three weeks later, we will also hold our 2024 Annual Meeting at Lake Greenwood prior to our Saturday evening dinner on the 5th of October. Following the meeting we will enjoy our buffet together.
Greenwood Show: 10:00am – 3:00pm
2024 Annual Meeting: 5:00pm – 5:45pm
Greenwood Dinner: 6:00pm
Each year, the Club provides lunch for the Annual Meeting. With the change of timing this year, the Club will support the Saturday dinner with reduced pricing to our members. This will apply to Blue Ridge Chapter and ACBS Members with guests only.
